Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met by adhering to proper food handling procedures Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain a clean and organized environment Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in fine dining and high-volume settings Basic knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Effective time management skills to balance multiple tables and tasks seamlessly Basic math skills for order calculations and billing accuracy Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus but not required Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one prior to start date Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a lively setting, and ready to make every guest's experience unforgettable!
