As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional member experiences through friendly service, expert knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings, and efficient handling of all transactions. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for our members, ensuring their satisfaction. This role offers a dynamic environment where your hospitality skills can shine, and your passion for food and drink can be shared with every member. Position Overview The Country Club Server provides exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring a refined and welcoming dining experience consistent with club standards. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage members and guests in a warm, professional manner. Provide knowledgeable and attentive table service in all dining areas. Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service. Anticipate member needs and personalize service whenever possible. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, side stations, and service areas. Properly set, clear, and reset tables according to club standards. Assist with event and banquet service as needed. Follow all club policies, procedures, and service protocols. Support fellow team members to ensure seamless operations. Schedule Must be able to work the following days, PM shift: Friday Saturday Sunday Tuesday Other days/shifts as needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of serving experience , preferably in a country club, resort, or fine dining environment. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and special events. Current food handler and alcohol service certifications (or ability to obtain). Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying trays.
Pay:
$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 29.0 per week
