One of the benefits of working with us is our daytime-focused schedule. Unlike many restaurant positions, our team members are not working late-night hours or extremely long shifts. We offer flexible part-time scheduling, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to earn money while maintaining flexibility in their schedule. Because weekends are our busiest days, Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory for this position. We are looking to hire immediately. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced, energetic, dependable, and guest-focused Part-Time Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant, and understands that excellent service requires urgency, teamwork, communication, and attention to detail. At R & R, we believe every guest should feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment they enter until the moment they leave. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a friendly and welcoming attitude Accurately take food and beverage orders Become knowledgeable about our menu, ingredients, specials, and available upgrades Enter orders accurately into the POS system Check orders for accuracy before food reaches the table Deliver beverages and assist with running food when needed Check on guests after food is delivered Refill beverages and anticipate guest needs Communicate guest concerns, incorrect orders, remakes, and special requests promptly Properly handle guest payments Maintain clean and organized tables and server stations Pre-bus tables throughout the guest's meal Assist with bussing, resetting tables, restocking, and side work Work together with food runners, bussers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management Follow all R & R service, sanitation, food-safety, and workplace standards Help teammates when needed — great service is everyone's responsibility What We're Looking For 1-2 years of serving experience preferred Strong customer-service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced breakfast/brunch environment Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Dependable and punctual Able to multitask and stay organized during busy service Comfortable learning and following R & R's menu and service standards Willing to help outside of assigned tables when needed Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Must be available to work weekends Flexible weekday availability is a plus Schedule This is a part-time position with flexible daytime hours. We are a breakfast and brunch restaurant, which means our team can work in the restaurant industry without the traditional late-night restaurant schedule.
