Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems ensuring clarity and efficiency Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions smoothly while maintaining accuracy in sales records Upsell menu items including specialty drinks, cocktails, wines, and desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktail and spirits service, while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, bar station, and dining space in accordance with sanitation protocols Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially with fine dining or Asian cuisine preferred Familiarity with Toast POS systems reservations and sales processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating basic math skills Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations in the food industry Effective time management skills to multitask during busy hours while maintaining quality service Previous nightclub or hospitality experience is a plus for energetic service environments Join us at Baolicious Asian Kitchen where your enthusiasm meets culinary excellence!
