Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and create memorable moments for every guest. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated effectively to the kitchen staff Upsell menu items by recommending popular dishes, drinks, or specials to maximize sales and guest satisfaction Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction throughout their visit Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to maintain a smooth operation Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments efficiently, and provide correct change while adhering to cash handling procedures Requirements Prior restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales management Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that creates a welcoming environment for guests Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy service hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment Experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities and improve guest experiences Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions; previous cashiering experience is a plus Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn food preparation basics is appreciated Excellent communication skills along with a professional appearance and positive attitude Join us in delivering memorable dining experiences!
