Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS or Aloha POS Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items like specialty cocktails, wines, or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including spirits, wine pairings, and cocktail recipes such as those managed through OpenTable or similar systems Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed in a fine dining or casual setting Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Uphold cleanliness standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations Skills Proven experience in food service roles with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or Aloha POS for processing sales accurately Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink service techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue Prior experience with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and calculating bills accurately Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs is advantageous but not required Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive energy Join us to deliver memorable moments through exceptional service!
