Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude; ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards; experience in drink service is highly desirable. Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling duties. Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and food industry regulations.
