In this role, you'll be delivering exceptional food service, making cocktails, serving beers, & efficiently managing cashier duties. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations, happy customers, and a lively atmosphere. Whether taking orders, preparing food, or handling transactions, you'll play a vital part in fostering a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders Operate POS systems & process sales swiftly and correctly Prepare and serve food/ alcohol items in accordance with safety standards and sanitation protocols Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar, counters, and food prep stations through bussing and sanitation duties Assist bartenders in cocktail and beer preparation tasks when necessary, taking orders, & serving food, ensuring quality and timely service during busy periods Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables or customers efficiently in a fast-paced environment Skills Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast Strong customer service skills with an energetic, positive attitude Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards within the food industry Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, and order calculations Experience in bartending Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods seamlessly Capable of multitasking while maintaining attention to detail in a lively setting Keeping a clean and orderly work space We are a small family business.
