SALARY RANGE

- This position pays Minimum Wage $16.90/hour, plus tips. The role provides efficient assistance to the servers and bartenders during club house business hours. Essential Functions Must adhere to the company's Service culture - 4 Keys to creating guests for life. Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort. Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag. Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions. Perform any necessary pre-shift side work, as directed by supervisor. Become thoroughly familiar with all specials offered. Unload trays in the dish machine area. Reset all tables and notifies host person of all reset tables. Keep tables and service station clean, neat, and supplied at all times. Assist server(s)in cleaning spills. Assist server(s) whenever and wherever possible throughout service. Complete assigned side work for both opening and closing duties. Dispose of dirty linen at the end of the shift. Remove dirty plates from guests' tables between courses or as directed by server(s), using tray service. Provide service to the guests/members as per the Club house standards. Ensure all areas are clean and well maintained. Abide by all resort policies and safety rules. Perform other duties as requested by management. Qualifications Experience in resort or a related field preferred. In compliance with California laws, Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handlers Certification are required. Working Conditions and Schedule Flexible and long hours sometimes required. Medium Work-Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Must be able to stand during entire shift. Must be able to maneuver throughout the dining area while carrying full trays of food & beverages SVR Management II LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
