Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system, ensuring proper entry and processing of sales transactions Serve food and beverages efficiently, including beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales while respecting guest preferences Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via the POS system, and give correct change Expedite and package online orders and third-party delivery orders (doordash) with accuracy and care.
