Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. Experience with food service operations, POS systems, and hospitality standards is highly valued. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant setting, delivering excellent customer relations and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Assist with setting tables, bussing, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Provide guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders Maintain knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and restaurant policies Skills Proficiency with POS system Toast Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations Excellent time management to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Previous experience in fine dining or food industry settings preferred Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for bill calculation, cash handling, and inventory management Experience in serving at nightclubs or high-volume restaurants is a plus Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This position offers an engaging work environment where hospitality skills are valued.
