Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and responsible Server Assistant to join our team at Wagyu Factory Oakland. This role is a key part of our front of house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficiency, and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables quickly and correctly Keep the dining room, service stations, and guest areas clean and organized Restock plates, utensils, napkins, cups, and other service supplies Remove trash and dirty dishes throughout the shift Support servers and other team members during busy service periods Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Communicate promptly with management regarding spills, maintenance issues, or guest concerns Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Able to stand and walk for extended periods Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Positive attitude and willingness to learn
