Fine Dining Server

24 Suns is seeking a professional and talented experienced server to join the team at our Michelin recognized fine dining Chinese restaurant. This role combines exceptional hospitality with knowledge of spirits, wine, and craft cocktails to provide a unique and incredible dining experience. We have grown significantly in our first year and our ready to expand the team to better serve our very intentional tasting menu alongside an a la carte menu. The ideal candidate has strong service skills, the ability to suggest drink and food pairings, a willingness to learn and adapt, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic, upscale environment. We are story tellers, an important part of the experience we offer is communicating the traditions and inspirations behind dishes as well as the role of our suppliers. Frequently changing menu requires ability to learn quickly.

Requirements:

Sense of Urgency and positive collaborative attitude. We work as a team and supporting fellow colleagues is an important job for any candidate. Minimum 2 years experience in an upscale dining establishment as a server and/or bartender. Natural Hospitality is the most valuable skill you can possess for this job. Conscious of formal dining elements while bringing a natural and comfortable feeling to host an elegant neighborhood experience. Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, wines , spirits, and how they pair with food. Proven ability to multitask and communicate effectively. Must possess or be able to obtain food handler's card & RBS upon hire.
