Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of cash handling procedures and sales transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine, spirits, cocktails, and menu options based on guest preferences Handle guest inquiries promptly to foster positive guest relations and resolve any concerns professionally Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Experience with beverage service including spirits, cocktails, wine knowledge, and drink presentation Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing bills efficiently Experience working in fine dining or hospitality settings is advantageous but not required Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your talent for creating memorable moments.
