Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments Upsell menu items, wine pairings, cocktails, and specialty drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met in accordance with health regulations Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, including cocktail recipes, spirits, wine selections, and food ingredients Assist with food preparation when necessary and support kitchen staff during busy periods Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience Handle drink service at bar areas or nightclub settings with professionalism and flair Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies for smooth service flow Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Demonstrated ability in upselling beverages, spirits, wine, and menu items to maximize sales opportunities Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and handling sales reports Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Experience with cocktail preparation, beverage service, and drink presentation techniques Familiarity with food handling practices within the food industry or restaurant setting Strong communication skills to engage guests confidently and professionally Join us to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant environment where your enthusiasm for hospitality can shine!
