It's refined coastal lounge atmosphere has breathtaking views of San Diego's North Shore. The ideal spot where guests can enjoy crafted cocktails and a bite as the sun sets over the Pacific. Server Assistants are responsible for assisting the server with guest selections and presenting food and beverage preferences. Please note, your job duties may include additional responsibilities depending on business needs, such as rolling silverware, clearing tables, running food and drinks, assigned side work, cleaning measures, compliance trainings, meetings, assisting new hires to Shore Room, assisting guests with questions that relate to either The Mission Pacific Beach Resort or The Seabird Resort, etc. The Shore Room is within the Oceanside Beach Resorts properties including The Mission Pacific Beach Resort and The Seabird Resort. The hospitality business is 24/7 and this server may be responsible for assisting other food and beverage outlets on occasion, depending on business needs. This list is not all-encompassing and that daily work tasks may and can be altered to meet business needs. The hourly rate for this position is $17.50/hr.
