Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages swiftly from the kitchen to guests' tables, maintaining quality and presentation standards Assist servers by providing timely support with food running, refilling drinks, and clearing tables to ensure smooth service flow Engage with guests courteously, answering questions about menu items, wine selections, or special requests with enthusiasm and professionalism Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of service areas, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Support the restaurant team during busy hours by managing multiple tables efficiently and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred, especially fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while processing sales efficiently Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Basic math skills for bill calculations and order accuracy; food safety and sanitation knowledge are essential Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to be part of an enthusiastic team dedicated to creating lively dining experiences!
