Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and fine dining standards. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive dining atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu descriptions, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience. Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation. Manage guest requests efficiently and address any concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines throughout all stages of food handling and preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment. Assist with cash handling, including processing payments accurately and efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is an advantage. Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the restaurant schedule.
