Server - Beaton's at Bar Cecil Beaton's is a cocktail-forward lounge and salon inspired by classic Parisian bars, vintage glamour, and bold design. We are looking for servers who understand that hospitality is performance — confident, polished, warm, and intentional. This is not a turn-and-burn restaurant job. This is about energy, rhythm, and creating an experience. What You'll Do Deliver polished, intuitive service in a high-design, cocktail-driven environment Guide guests through curated cocktails, wines, and savory salon snacks Suggest 2-3 plates per person and lead the experience with confidence Maintain flow between lounge, patio, and bar Read the room — adjust tone and tempo based on the guest Work as a tight team with bartenders and support staff Keep sections organized, clean, and visually sharp What We're Looking For Strong cocktail and wine knowledge (or the drive to learn fast) Personality with polish — charming, not chaotic Comfortable in a fast-paced, nightlife-style setting Detail-oriented and service-obsessed Ability to multitask while keeping composure Team-first mentality The Vibe Cocktail-forward Everything is meant to be shared Music matters Lighting matters Energy matters We want servers who Move with purpose Understand that hospitality is theater If you want to just "serve tables," this isn't the place.
