Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Position Overview:

Serve food in a friendly, professional and efficient manner to patrons in the café during breakfast hours. Maintain food while providing a unique and satisfying guest experience. .

Skills and Abilities:

Possess food handler's license Walk, bend and stoop for extended periods of time. Stand for up to 8 hours. Occasionally lift objects up to 15 pounds. Any objects 20 pounds or more require the assistance of another employee. Occasionally push and pull up to 15 pounds. Any objects 20 pounds or more require the assistance of another employee. Efficiently multitask. Tend to guests in a friendly and courteous manner and be personable. Work to precise measurements. Move fingers and hands easily and quickly to handle things like dishes, money and merchandise. Lift and carry items such as trays. Maintain guest safety and hotel quality. Create new ways and ideas to improve safety and quality of hotel. Actively engage in different cultures. Ability to meet attendance requirements, including holidays, weekends, and 24 hour availability.
