We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Pay Range:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour plus tips and commission

Essential Duties:

Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating Describe specials of the day to guests; answer questions regarding any menu item and offer suggestions when appropriate Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food promptly after preparation Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests Maintain an organized workstation and side work duties Set up and break down golf stations every shift Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilize Point of Sale system Follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders Follow established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques Practice tray service for all food and beverage service Must be cross-trained in bartending service Valid driver's license required when operating the range ball picker or golf cart Incorporate safe work practices in job performance Regular and reliable attendance Perform other duties as required

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates/Licenses:

Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training.

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:
