Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus confidently, offering recommendations and upselling specials to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring complete satisfaction throughout their visit Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to maintain seamless service flow Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for maximum guest comfort Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills, and process payments through POS systems Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Open availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed in a lively hospitality setting Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
