$18.00 per hour Position Overview Cascade Restaurant is seeking a reliable, energetic Food Runner to support our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. As a Food Runner, you are the critical link between the kitchen and dining room—ensuring food is delivered accurately, efficiently, and with care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being on their feet, and takes pride in creating smooth, memorable dining experiences for guests. Key Responsibilities Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately Ensure all dishes meet presentation standards before leaving the kitchen Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams to maintain flow of service Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing and resetting tables Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests when delivering food Support overall cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Qualifications Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays What We're Looking For A team-first mindset—you show up for your team and your guests Attention to detail and pride in presentation A sense of urgency without sacrificing quality Someone who enjoys creating great guest experiences, even in small moments Why Cascade Located along the Northern California coast, Cascade Restaurant offers a unique dining experience rooted in fresh ingredients, a beautiful natural setting, and a strong sense of team.
