About Us We're a locally loved sushi spot known for fresh ingredients, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service. We're looking for friendly, dependable, and service-minded individuals to join our team and help create great experiences for every guest. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system. Maintain knowledge of our sushi menu and daily specials. Ensure tables are clean and well-stocked. Learn how to take orders through phone and Doordash. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
