Responsibilities Safely transport food from the kitchen to tables, ensuring timely delivery and presentation standards are met Assist with clearing and bussing tables to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area Support kitchen staff with food handling and light food preparation tasks as needed Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders and communicate effectively with the team Maintain cleanliness by performing regular cleaning duties including wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and trash removal Handle heavy lifting safely during food transport or when assisting with setup for banquet events or large parties Communicate clearly with front-of-house staff, kitchen team, and guests to ensure smooth service flow Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including food running and guest services Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing Familiarity with cleaning, bussing, and basic kitchen support tasks Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach to hospitality Previous banquet experience or working in high-volume settings is a plus Join us in creating exceptional dining experiences!
