Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering duties with precision and integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food handling regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse needs gracefully Culinary experience or background in food preparation is a plus for understanding menu items and food safety practices Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety regulations, and proper food handling procedures Embark on a rewarding career where your energy makes a difference!
