Bettolino Kitchen is a family-owned California-Italian restaurant in Riviera Village known for warm hospitality, great food, and a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Takeout Server / Door Host to be the first point of contact for our guests and help manage our takeout orders. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and helping create a great guest experience.

Compensation:

$15.50 hourly plus tips

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information Seating guests at tables Managing the flow of reservations Answering phone calls Bagging up orders Greeting guest Assisting with bussing tables and side work Welcoming fellow employees and guests when they enter the restaurant Answering phone calls and communicating relevant information to the appropriate parties Manage all reservations Managing the flow of reservations Answering phone calls Bagging up orders Greeting guest Assisting with bussing tables and side work

Qualifications:

Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office About Company At Bettolino Kitchen, we believe our team comes first.
