Weekdays + Weekends Vino & Vibe is a new wine, beer and event space in downtown Ripon focused on California wineries and breweries, private events, workshops, pop-ups and creating a fun, welcoming place for our community. We're looking for 1-2 outgoing, dependable and responsible people to join us as Bartenders + Event Hosts. This isn't your typical bartending job — we're looking for someone who is just as comfortable welcoming guests and helping run an event as they are pouring a glass of wine. What You'll Do Serve wine, beer, sparkling wine and specialty drinks. No hard alcohol. Welcome guests and create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere Help host private events, workshops and pop-ups Assist with event setup and cleanup Set up tables, chairs, glassware and serving areas Keep the bar and event space clean, organized and stocked Process orders and payments through our POS system Help with opening and closing duties Learn our rotating California wine and beer selections Work alongside the owner to keep events and service running smoothly We're Looking For Someone Who Is 21+ Friendly, energetic and comfortable talking with people Reliable and punctual — this is a big one Responsible and able to work independently Comfortable working in a small, hands-on environment Willing to jump in wherever needed Available some evenings and weekends Able to lift/move tables, chairs and beverage inventory as needed Requirements California RBS certification California Food Handler Card Previous bartending, hospitality or event experience is encouraged, but the right personality and work ethic matter just as much About the Schedule This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. Hours will vary depending on private rentals, workshops, pop-ups and Vino & Vibe's weekly hours. Weekend availability is required although we will not be open late!
