All day average about $150 per day with 100% tip Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring clarity and efficiency Serve sushi, drinks, and other menu items promptly while maintaining presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive dining atmosphere Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or sushi establishments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience is advantageous for understanding menu items and preparation processes Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality meets the art of Japanese cuisine.
