Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts with multiple tables or sections Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and processing payments accurately Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous but not required Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality meets your drive to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
