Server/Waiter

Key Responsibilities Guest Hospitality:

Greet guests with a smile and explain the conveyor belt dining concept (plate pricing and ordering process).

Table Management:

Quickly clear empty plates (pre-bussing) to keep guest tables comfortable and ensure fast turnover.

Order Coordination:

Assist guests with non-belt items like Ramen, Hand Rolls, and appetizers via our ordering system.

Beverage Service:

Prepare and serve drinks, such as hot green tea, sodas, and Japanese specialty soft drinks.

Payment Processing:

Accurately count plates, process payments through the POS system, and handle cash/card transactions.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with sushi chefs to ensure the belt is stocked and the dining room is spotless.

What We Are Looking For Energy & Speed:

Ability to stay active and move quickly during busy lunch and dinner rushes.

Communication:

Clear communication skills to interact with guests and kitchen staff effectively.

Reliability:

Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Experience:

Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required —we provide full training for the right personality!

Availability:

Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
