Server/Cashier

Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements efficiently Support the team during busy hours by multitasking in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols within the food industry Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experiences Previous host/hostess or serving experience will be considered an asset Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels exceptional guest experiences!
