Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant food service team. As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills will ensure each guest feels welcomed and valued. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary knowledge, sales skills, and passion for hospitality in a lively environment that celebrates fine dining and guest satisfaction. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring quick and correct processing Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to ensure a pristine environment Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable; experience with food industry software is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Previous experience in serving, host/hostess roles or similar positions within the hospitality industry is highly desirable Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous for understanding food preparation and menu details Join us to be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
