ROCKSTAR
Bistro Attendants to join our TEAM! If you enjoy meeting new people, creating memorable guest experiences, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your hospitality career. The Bistro is a chic, fast-casual restaurant offering an eclectic menu along with full sit-down dining, cocktails, wine, beer, and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages.
Schedule:
Part-time Typically 2-4 days per week for part-time team members Additional coverage as needed
Responsibilities:
As a Bistro Attendant, you'll help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests while supporting the overall success of the restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards Take and process guest orders and handle cash transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Work collaboratively with the TEAM to ensure efficient service during busy periods Respond to guest questions and requests with a positive, solution-oriented attitude Support daily Bistro operations and contribute to financial profitability
Requirements:
Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and beverage Friendly, outgoing personality and a natural ability to connect with guests Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle cash transactions Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Ability to safely handle food and follow proper food-handling procedures Strong English communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak fluently A positive attitude and willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a

Location:
We are conveniently located within walking distance of Fashion Valley Station and multiple bus stops, making commuting easy. You'll also have the opportunity to work in beautiful San Diego, known for its beaches, vibrant neighborhoods, and year-round California lifestyle.
Compensation:
$18.00 per hour + tips In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire.
