Responsibilities Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest questions confidently. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met through proper food handling and cleanliness practices. Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills, and process payments efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering positive guest relations. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred Familiarity with POS systems Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and cash handling tasks. Experience in customer service roles such as host/hostess or bussing is advantageous.
