Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times Take accurate reservations and manage guest flow using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Provide attentive table service by delivering food and beverages promptly and professionally Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients, and accommodate special requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment Handle guest inquiries over the phone with courteous phone etiquette and provide excellent guest relations Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction during busy hours Experience Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or Server in a fast-paced restaurant setting is preferred Strong background in food service, customer service, or hospitality industries enhances your ability to excel in this role Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective guest interactions Experience working in hotel or guest services environments is a plus, demonstrating adaptability to diverse customer needs Knowledge of serving techniques and guest relations best practices will help you deliver top-tier hospitality Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
