Position Requirements:

1-2 years of service experience in a fast-paced, fine-dining restaurant required Sommelier-level wine knowledge is strongly preferred Friday and Saturdays required (3-4 shifts per week) Polished and professional demeanor Positive, team-player mentality Ability to take initiative and assist colleagues without prompting A genuine love for food, seasonality, and hospitality Ability to remain calm in fast-paced, high-pressure situations Excellent communication skills Required Skills Wine Service Customer Service Fine Dining Service Food Safety Knowledge- Food Handler's Card (company will provide training upon hire), RBS Certification POS Systems- Toast Physical Demands The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing for 5 to 10 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
