High End San Francisco Steak House is seeking ambitious Servers (Captains) to join our team. This truly is a one-of-a kind restaurant, that embodies the owner's dynamic style and personality with its classy, lush atmosphere and an amazing menu. Looking for versatile, experienced Captains to step in and lead our team with a positive, hands-on approach. In the Michelin guide currently. We have assembled an amazing opening team and we need talented Captains to complete leadership roster.
Responsibilities:
Continually strive to further education as it relates to food, beverage, and service Maintain a strong floor presence and interact with guests Create a positive and fun working environment consistent with company values Develop a positive, lasting relationship with guests Take ownership of the business to increase sales and profitability Lead by example by providing excellent hospitality and service at all times Anticipate the needs of the restaurant and act upon them Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and deliver prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of comparable experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Acute attention to detail Effective problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety Flexible schedule, including weekends, and on Holidays Food Safety Certification Able to stand/walk for long periods of time Develops relationships with guests to create & maintain guest retention Experience in dealing with very high end/VIP clientele Strong computer literacy, administrative skills, and high-level organization Process driven and able to implement operating procedures that will continue to maximize efficiency
Compensation Package Includes:

Schedule:
6 to 8 hour shift Weekend availability Games and Event days work is required.
