In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality are just as important. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials with enthusiasm. Take accurate orders using toast POS ensuring all special requests are noted clearly. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable, especially in brunch Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST POS, or similar platforms is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Experience in upselling, sales techniques, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail. Background in hospitality or guest services roles such as host/hostess or bartender is advantageous.
