As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a positive attitude. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive to their departure. Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food, beverage, and cocktail orders using POS systems Provide detailed wine, spirits, and drink recommendations to enhance guest experiences and upsell menu items effectively Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process cash, credit card, and digital transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales processing Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and beverage stations in accordance with food safety standards Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, handle special requests, and resolve any concerns promptly Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience (preferred) // no experience also welcome Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Culinary experience or food handling knowledge is advantageous but not required Familiarity with sanitation practices, food safety regulations, and proper food preparation procedures Experience working with diverse team members in a hospitality environment is preferred Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences through exceptional service!
