If you have a passion for serving others and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent dining service to residents during meal times, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring a tidy environment. Interact with residents courteously and respond to their requests or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff, caregivers, and other team members to ensure efficient and smooth dining services. Have a good understanding of the menu, including dietary restrictions and special requests, to assist residents effectively.
Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role. Patience and customer-oriented approach. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude. Basic understanding of food safety guidelines and hygiene standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma is a plus.
