Collaborate with kitchen staff, caregivers, and other team members to ensure efficient and smooth dining services. Have a good understanding of the menu, including dietary restrictions and special requests, to assist residents effectively.
Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role. Patience and customer-oriented approach. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude. Basic understanding of food safety guidelines and hygiene standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma is a plus.
