Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth seating process Take and relay guest orders accurately using Square POS system Provide attentive table service, ensuring guest needs are met promptly and courteously Assist with catering event setups, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event Manage phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing information and taking reservations when necessary Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure a memorable experience Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized dining area and catering stations at all times Requirements Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key! We are happy to train if you'd like to grow with us. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and vendors Experience with POS systems a plus but will train Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus Knowledge of guest services, serving techniques, and proper food handling procedures Reliable attendance and the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their hospitality career while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
