Banquet Server Bella Gala Event Hall San Marcos, CA Job Details Part-time $17.00 - $17.50 an hour 11 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Bussing Dining area setup Bar setup Stocking Venue guest services Full Job Description Deliver and serve welcome drinks, food, meals, condiments and accompaniments etc. Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting. Maintain proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses. Remove china, glassware, silverware, etc. from tables at the conclusion of the meal period and deliver to the stewarding area. Disposing of trash. Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc. Assist in preparing services, such as desserts bar, cold sparklers, dancing on a cloud, etc. Ensure that banquet room is re-set for next event. This includes and is not limited to sweeping and mopping. To perform all side duties as directed. To follow all policies and procedures of the banquet department and Bella Gala. To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions. To maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times. To practice safe work habits at all times, to avoid injury to self and others. To comply with company and departmental safety rules and regulations, including the proper handling of all relevant equipment. To attend all mandatory meetings, as directed. To perform other tasks, including cross-training, as directed.
