Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling and basic math accuracy Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Prepare simple food items, assist in food preparation, and maintain cleanliness in the café or food service area Clear tables, bus tables, and ensure sanitation standards are upheld at all times Manage food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met Requirements

MUST HAVE
