Tip Job Description:

We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused servers to join our team at our busy Vietnamese restaurant. As a server, you'll be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent service and ensuring a great dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently. Assist servers in delivering food and drinks when needed. Refill water glasses and other beverages as requested. Maintain cleanliness of floors, chairs, and table areas. Sanitize tables, chairs, and condiment containers after each party leaves. Sweep/mop floors and handle spills in a timely manner. Assist with restroom cleanliness checks during shift (if assigned). Stock and refill silverware, napkins, glassware, and other table settings. Opportunities to cross-train as a food runner or server

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Must be dependable and punctual Bilingual in Vietnamese is a plus, but not required Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
