We are a fast-paced, community-focused restaurant known for our slow-smoked BBQ, live music, and local events. We're looking for someone who can keep up during busy services while providing great guest experiences. The ideal candidate will lead the team during peak hours of business while holding everyone to a high standard. Team member will be in charge of coordinating onsite and off site events and will work closely with upper management to execute and deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

3+ years serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant Experience as a Lead/Manager is a plus 2+ years experience in event coordinating / food truck events 21+ years old Reliable transportation Weekend availability required Experience with Square Restaurant POS is a big plus Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tables during busy service ABC Responsible Beverage Service certification required California Food Handler Card required We're looking for someone dependable, positive, and team-oriented who takes pride in providing great service.
