Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast or Union Pos Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash transactions accurately, process sales through POS systems, and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, and menu options to elevate guest experience Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Maintain a thorough understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Support guest relations by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring overall satisfaction Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Experience in cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits service, and upselling techniques is advantageous Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Basic math skills for cashiering and sales transaction processing are essential Prior experience in bussing tables or host/hostess roles will be considered beneficial Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
