Make thoughtful recommendations and guide guests through our food and beverage offering. Understand ingredients, cooking methods and dietary requirements. Deliver food and drinks efficiently and professionally. Anticipate guest needs and maintain a high level of attention throughout the meal. Keep tables and service areas clean, organised and well presented. Handle payments accurately and professionally. Respond to guest requests and resolve issues with a positive, solutions-focused approach. Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, runners and wider team. Assist with opening, closing and general restaurant duties. Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and food safety.
