Orto Piazza is looking for friendly, energetic, and experienced Servers to join our team. We're a casual, lively Italian restaurant focused on great food, warm hospitality, and creating an enjoyable experience for every guest. We're looking for team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, connecting with guests, and helping create a welcoming and fun atmosphere. What You'll Do Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system Know the menu well and confidently answer guests' questions Make recommendations and suggest food, beverages, and specials Deliver food and drinks efficiently and professionally Check in with guests and anticipate their needs throughout the meal Work closely with the kitchen, bar, runners, bussers, and management team Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining areas Complete assigned side work and opening and closing duties Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment What We're Looking For Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred Friendly, outgoing personality and genuine passion for hospitality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the restaurant during your shift Food and beverage knowledge is a plus Current California Food Handler Card, or ability to obtain one as required Why Join Orto Piazza?
