Job Description

The Fountaingrove Golf Club (Troon) in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking outstanding Server Assistants. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. Wage $18.21/hr + service charge & tips as applicable. Employees get access to Club facilities including gym, pool, tennis/pickleball, and golf as well as 50% of food.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support service staff in refilling water, running food, and bussing tables.
  • Keep tables, dining room and workstation(s) sanitized and organized
  • Replenish items as necessary and/or requested.
  • Perform side work such as polishing, stocking, & setting tables
  • Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
Qualifications:
One year relative experience, private club experience preferred Must have flexibile schedule (typically Tue-Sun) including weekends & Holidays Must have current food handlers card Minimum education: High School (or equivalent) Diploma Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
